These terms govern your use of HostSSH (the agent, the control plane, and the website). By creating an account or running the agent you agree to them. Questions: hello@hostssh.com.
Subject to your plan and a valid license, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use HostSSH to deploy, harden, back up, clone, and relocate servers you own or are authorized to administer. License keys are issued to your account; do not share or resell them outside your plan's terms.
Don't use HostSSH to access systems without authorization, to host unlawful content, to circumvent the license gate, or to disrupt the service or other tenants. You are responsible for the workloads you run and for keeping your credentials secure.
You own your data and your server images. Backups live in storage you connect, encrypted under your custody choice. You can export your encrypted images and stop using the service at any time — your exit is a built-in feature, not a negotiation.
We work to keep the service available and will give reasonable notice of material changes. Features labeled "coming soon" or beta are provided as-is and may change. We may update these terms; continued use after an update constitutes acceptance.
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, HostSSH is not liable for indirect or consequential damages; nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law. You remain responsible for maintaining independent backups of critical data.
